Drinking Alone
တစ္ေယာက္တည္းအရက္ေသာက္ျခင္း

I take my wine jug out among the flowers
to drink alone, without friends.

ပန္းပြင့္ေတြအလယ္မွာ  ဝိုင္ခြက္ကို ငါ ယူလိုက္တယ္
အေပါင္းအသင္းေတြမပါဘဲ တစ္ကိုယ္တည္းေသာက္မလို႔

I raise my cup to entice the moon.
That, and my shadow, makes us three.

ငါ့အရိပ္နဲ႔လမင္းကို အေဖာ္ျပဳခ်ီးေျမႇာက္ဖို႔ ဝိုင္ခြက္ကို ေျမႇာက္လိုက္တယ္
ငါတို႔တေတြ သံုးေယာက္ေတာင္ျဖစ္သြားတာေပါ့

But the moon doesn't drink,
and my shadow silently follows.

ဒါေပမယ့္ လမင္းက မေသာက္ဘူး
ငါ့အရိပ္ကေတာ့ တိတ္တိတ္ေလး လိုက္နာေလရဲ႕

I will travel with moon and shadow,
happy to the end of spring.

လမင္းရယ္ အရိပ္ရယ္ ငါရယ္ အတူခရီးသြားမယ္
ေႏြဦးကုန္တဲ့အထိ ေပ်ာ္ရႊင္စြာ ၾကည္ႏူးစြာ

When I sing, the moon dances.
When I dance, my shadow dances, too.

ငါ ေတးဆိုတဲ့အခါ လမင္းက ကတယ္
ငါ ကတဲ့အခါ ငါ့အရိပ္လည္း ကတယ္

We share life's joys when sober.
Drunk, each goes a separate way.

အရက္မေသာက္တဲ့အခါ ဘဝရဲ႕ ေက်နပ္စရာေတြငါတို႔မွ်ေဝၾကတယ္
မူးလာတဲ့အခါ တစ္ေယာက္စီ ကိုယ့္လမ္းကိုယ္ေလွ်ာက္ၾကတယ္

Constant friends, although we wander,
we'll meet again in the Milky Way.

ေျခဦးတည့္ရာ သြားၾကေပမယ့္ သစၥာ႐ွိတဲ့ မိတ္ေဆြေတြဟာ
ေကာင္းကင္ဘံုမွာ (နဂါးေငြ႔တန္းမွာ) ျပန္ဆံုၾကတာေပါ့ ကြယ္
